Cleaning 

*The apartments are cleaned and turned over before and after your stay. The apartments are also fully serviced with cleaning products/equipment and washers and dryers. We encourage all of our guests to use these facilities during your stay. If you are staying with us for a long period of time and you would like to use our professional cleaning services during your stay, please reach out to us and we are more than happy to arrange. 

If you feel you are not happy with the level of cleanliness upon your arrival or you notice something is missing from your stay, please reach out to a member of your team so we can rectify any issues straight away as we aim to maintain a high standard of cleanliness*

Maintenance 

*All appliances and furnishings are brand new in all of our apartments. If anything is to break during your stay please reach out to us ASAP so we can arrange to send someone round to fix the issue. If you notice an appliance is not working properly or you are struggling to use an appliance, we have all of instruction manuals in our 'How too section', again please contact us if you need any help.
